What a rollercoaster of emotions, some times I still feel angry about it, most times I am at peace with it. I have regular weekly contact with my birth mother, and we visit each other for holidays. What an education in what aspects of myself are hereditary and what are learned. I would like to talk to people who want to discuss their experiences also. I would also like to help anyone who is at the beginning stages of the experience and try to help them through their emotions. I discovered I was adopted just 2 months after my 40th birthday.
